- Multicultural Movement - We value the diversity that God has created, and we embrace being a movement of men and women who reflect our destiny as Christ's church among all peoples.
- Movement leaders - We are devoted to calling, connecting, coaching, and caring for the leaders who move our movement
- Partnership and mutual accountability - We value serving Christ in a loving spirit of interdependence, acknowledging these methods as part of God's plan for churches and church leaders.
- Kingdom people - We value a Kingdom mindset and will embrace God's people and God's work everywhere, because God is at work beyond our immediate movement.
- Wholeness - We value personal, spiritual, and emotional health, and serving Christ in a holistic way, understanding that a healthy movement is the product of emotionally and spiritually healthy people and leaders.
