Church mobilization takes on many forms, as we work with pastors, church leadership teams, and entire congregations. LEAD Teams, local church consultations, NCD assessments, pastoral placement resourcing, leadership retreats, preaching and conflict intervention are some of the ways Converge MidAtlantic serves in church mobilization. Other venues include conferences and training events for pastors and leadership teams such as what happens at our Annual Celebration, prayer conferences, and other training events.
