Short-term mission ministries are a rapidly growing phenomena in Converge MidAtlantic and Converge MidAtlantic churches! Many of our churches are involved in regularly sending short term teams to one or more international communities, to minister for Jesus Christ. We are seeing "missions" literally come alive before our very eyes, as our people are introduced and exposed to hands on service and mission experiences.

Currently Converge MidAtlantic District is organizing and coordinating Short Term mission outreaches to two countries on a regular basis. Every other year, our Converge MidAtlantic Youth Team is leading groups of 100 plus teens to Tijuana, Mexico for a hands on mission experience in building small houses and working with children. Our Love Lift for Ukraine sistering movement is the other growing short term mission's opportunitiy which Converge MidAtlantic is organizing. Currently 12 Converge MidAtlantic churches are either involved or considering involvement in a sistering relationship with a Baptist Church in Ukraine.
